Acting Company
Are you hungry to learn? Do you want to be better today than you were yesterday? Do you want to dive deeper into the craft of acting and explore your work in a practical acting laboratory? Would you like to grow and be challenged as an artist? Then you might be a good fit for the Resident Acting Company at DCRT. We are always looking for brave, nervy artists who yearn to run towards the unknown. Previous experience working with DCRT is a plus, but not required. A desire to learn and grow in your craft is a requirement. If this sounds like you, please email your headshot, resume, and a cover letter (file name format: Jane/JohnDoeResume.pdf, Jane/JohnDoeHeadshot.jpg, etc) explaining why you think you and DCRT would be a good fit to Artistic Director Amelia Ampuero at amelia@dukecityrep.com.
Stage Managers, Designers, and Technicians
Duke City Rep knows that the actors you see on stage are just one part of what makes theatre great! We are always interested in meeting new stage managers, designers and technicians. Do you love detail-oriented work and understand that an excellent stage manager is the glue that holds a great production together? Are you a designer who thrives at creative problem solving and delights in building worlds in unexpected places? Maybe you're a technician who knows a lighting or sound board like the back of your hand? If so, we’d love to meet you. (A desire to learn and grow in your craft is a requirement.) Interested parties should email their resumes and cover letter (file name format: Jane/JohnDoeResume.pdf, etc) to Artistic Director Amelia Ampuero at amelia@dukecityrep.com.
